One of the highlights of the Resilient Organizations convenings offered in 2009 was the keynote session with Jean Hammink. This workshop is an opportunity to dig deeper and to invite others from your organization. Resilient people are the key to resilient organizations and in turn to organizational change and success. What challenges our resilience is different for each of us based on our unique emotional patterns, patterns in the brain that have developed through our life experiences. Participants in this workshop will increase awareness of the emotional triggers which are keeping them from being resilient and gain techniques for managing them better - the steps needed to increase our emotional intelligence.

Staff groups and board members from the same organization or partnership are encouraged to attend.

Jean Hammink of insideoutcomes has worked with hundreds of nonprofit leaders and staff to improve results "from the inside out" through coaching, training and consulting.
