Financial Management Workshops
It's
not too late to register for our Spring Financial Management Workshops.
There are still some spaces available in April and May, including
Financial Management Fundamentals I&II, Understanding Nonprofit
Financial Statements and Managing Cash Flow. In addition to our
convenient Minneapolis location, we're also offering workshops
in Maplewood and Minnetonka this spring. Check out the schedule on our

New Workshop Offering
Calculating
True Program Cost has been developed in response to your questions
about allocating direct and indirect expenses, and calculating the real
cost of your programs. This holistic approach to program budgeting will
help your program staff be good managers, your development staff write
effective grants and is essential for compliance on your 990. We've
already filled one session in April. We've scheduled another session on
