A Profile of Success: Twin Cities International Elementary School & Minnesota International Middle School


 

The International Schools needed a larger facility to accommodate their tremendously fast growth rate. When a suitable location was found, Nonprofits Assistance Fund was able to provide the funding needed to remodel a former mail sorting facility into a place of learning.

Reporting to the Board

The Board of Directors of a nonprofit organization has legal responsibility for the organization’s work. The Board is responsible for short and long term planning, and they must ensure that systems are in place for administering and effectively using resources and guarding against misuse.

We have provided a useful framework for developing financial reports that support the board of directors in fulfilling its fiscal oversight role.
